Leave your home immediately, if it’s safe to do so turn off your gas at the tank outside. Call J&J Gas Service from outside and away from your property at (386) 294-1801, leave us a message with your name and phone number to return your call. Our phone alerts the on-call person to call you right back. You can also call 911.
Yes. We recommend a seasonal maintenance and safety check in fall just before it starts getting cold outside.
Do not attempt to light your pilot lights on your own. While it seems easy, there could be many reasons your pilot light failed to stay lit. Call J&J Gas Service (386) 294-1801, we will come right out, inspect your tank and appliances then safely light your pilot lights for you.
J&J Gas Service will regularly check and deliver your propane gas based on your estimated monthly usage and to assure you never run out of gas. If your tank does go empty there could be another cause such as a leak. If you run out of propane Call J&J Gas Service at (386) 294-1801, we will do a system safety check, fill your tank and then light any appliance pilot lights for you.
Yes and it’s a great thing to invest in for your home. The propane gas detectors will usually detect gas before you smell it. Pay attention to the warning, go outside and call J&J Gas Service at (386) 294-1801. Also, if you smell gas and the detector is not sounding its alarm then SAFETY FIRST, go outside and call us immediately.
